QuestBridge Scholars Network at Haverford

The Haverford College QSN Chapter provides a welcoming and supportive community for its members. QuestBridge Scholars can engage in chapter activities, apply for leadership positions, and participate in opportunities offered nationwide through QuestBridge, including access to QuestBridge Alumni Association resources.

Founded in 2008, the Haverford QSN Chapter aims to foster a positive and safe space for Scholars, especially those from low-income, first-generation, and minority backgrounds. In past years, chapter members have given presentations on QuestBridge to high school students in Philadelphia, engaged in service activities both on and off-campus, and participated in a Quest Mentoring Program to help first-year students in their transition. Thanks to partnerships with numerous Haverford organizations, the chapter offers a variety of resources to support students throughout their college journey.

Dedicated to building a strong community and support network, the Haverford QSN Chapter has hosted fun social events like a cooking "extravaganza" in the Multicultural Center, a Thanksgiving dinner, and commencement celebrations. In addition to group activities, there are always opportunities for underclassmen to get involved in chapter leadership and initiatives. Each year, newly appointed chapter leaders and Executive Board members work together to plan new programming to ensure chapter members feel welcomed and engaged.
