QuestBridge Scholars Network at Oberlin

The Oberlin College QSN Chapter provides a welcoming and supportive community for its members. QuestBridge Scholars can engage in chapter activities, apply for leadership positions, and participate in opportunities offered nationwide through QuestBridge, including access to QuestBridge Alumni Association resources.

Founded in 2006, the Oberlin QSN Chapter strives to increase multicultural and socioeconomic awareness on campus and to foster discussions about race, class, gender, and other issues. In past years, thanks to close relationships with a variety of on-campus organizations, the chapter has been able to provide tutoring sessions, "How-To" sessions, volunteer opportunities, and meet-and-greets with other campus offices.

In addition, the Oberlin QSN Chapter has offered fun social events like family dinners, panel discussions, and holiday card-making sessions for the incoming first-year class.  Outside of group activities, there are always opportunities for underclassmen to get involved in chapter leadership and initiatives. Each year, newly appointed chapter leaders and Executive Board members work together to plan new programming to ensure chapter members feel welcomed and engaged.
